Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and undamaged, in its original packaging and shipping materials. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

-Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

-Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

-Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Preorders and Custom Orders (PC Orders) – Return, Refund & Delay Policy

Due to the labor-intensive nature of production and the personalized design of these items, Preorders and Custom Orders (collectively referred to as "PC Orders") follow specific terms:

Refund Eligibility Window
PC Orders may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery, as long as the item is in unused condition, with all tags intact and undamaged, and in the original packaging and shipping materials. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Partial Refund Terms
PC Orders returned within the 30-day window of delivery will be refunded at 50% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs. This accounts for labor, materials, and limited resale value. Partial refunds are only given out for items that arrived damaged.

Full Refund Exception
If a PC Order is canceled within 72 hours of purchase and production has not started, it qualifies for a full refund.

Delays in Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates for preorders are estimates and may shift due to global supply chain delays, material shortages, international shipping issues, or customs clearance. Preorders are not eligible for a refund during the production process,
By placing a preorder, you agree that delivery delays beyond our control are not valid grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted. Used, worn, altered, damaged, or incomplete returns—such as items missing packaging or tags—are not eligible for any refund.

By purchasing a PC Order, you agree to this policy in full. These terms are final and non-negotiable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging, shipping materials, and tags included, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 18 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
